Key Responsibilities Maintain records, reports, technical data, and compliance documentation. Prepare and maintain reports, letters, SOPs, and other operational materials. Maintain records of vessels, jobs, training, inventory, and operational activities. Prepare crane, downtime, dust control, and other required reports. Communicate safety and environmental compliance issues to appropriate personnel. Assist with safety, environmental, emergency response, and compliance programs. Participate in safety/environmental meetings and internal audits. Maintain employee training records and audit timesheets for accuracy and timely submission. Assist with purchase orders, account coding, requisitions, and vendor documentation. Support management with scheduling, communications, and other administrative duties. Communicate training requirements and operational information to employees. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Four years of related experience and/or training preferred. Two years of college education preferred. Valid driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC credential. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications. Strong organizational, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and technical documents. Ability to type approximately 45 words per minute. CPR certification or ability to obtain certification within the first year
Pay:
$25-$28 per hour
DOE Schedule:
