Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proof of high school diploma/GED equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years working in an office environment preferred.
3. Proficient in applied technology (Microsoft, Office software).
4. Experience using event scheduling software and room layout software preferred.
5. Must possess strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
6. Must possess proven superior customer service abilities and interpersonal skills.
7. Must be self-motivated, able to work under pressure, able to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively.

SALARY/PAYGRADE
$32,367 - CP4
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Receive large volumes of telephone calls, greet clients, guests, and service providers with proven problem resolution skills.
2. Receive, sort, distribute mail correspondence and deliveries.
3. Perform clerical tasks to including word processing, filing and operating copy machine along with other office equipment.
4. Process room requests and contracts to include printing, distributing, and filing.
5. Provide clerical assistance to the booking and operations teams.
6. Support Director's administrative assistant by processing correspondence, data entry and reports.
7. Maintain, record, and process lost and found items.
8. Create daily signs and room cards as well as additional signage to support events.
9. Create staff sign in-sheets for events.
10. Create communications to staff (monthly newsletter, notices, invitations, etc.).
11. Assist in preparations for staff special activities.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by the Berry Center and/or the CFISD administrative team.
13. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.

Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of computer.
