Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering a great opportunity for growth within a supportive and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in administrative tasks, and the ability to work independently in a small office setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry to support daily operations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Manage and coordinate communications with agents and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with training on industry-specific software to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Process calculations and basic financial tasks using a calculator.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative office environment with a team-oriented approach.
  • Support bilingual communication needs, preferably in Spanish and English, to facilitate interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Uphold a strong work ethic and positive attitude, prioritizing teamwork and adaptability.
