Desk Associate - Contract to Hire Onsite - Dallas, TX | $24-26/hour | Amazing Team & Culture We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Receptionist / Front Desk Associate to support our clients' dynamic corporate office team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with title or escrow experience to join a nationally recognized firm. Our client is looking for a friendly, outgoing professional who takes pride in creating a warm first impression for clients and guests. As the first point of contact for the office, the Receptionist/Front Desk Admin Assistant sets the tone for a positive client experience while providing essential administrative support to the internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma, some college preferred 1-5 years of experience general office, administrative or lending industry preferred Strong attention to detail, positive demeanor, professional, articulate, customer service driven Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Suite (DocuSign) with the ability to learn technology quickly Strong organizational and communication skills, able to multitask and prioritize Ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet clients and visitors in a warm inviting manner, offering a professional, welcoming experience to all guests Support visitors by escorting clients to meeting rooms and assist with hospitality needs Answer and route calls with the use of a multi-line phone system with professionalism and accuracy, poised when speaking with all types of calls Manage a busy office calendar and assist with scheduling needs Receive and distribute mail and packages promptly Maintain office appearance, order supplies, and manage inventory (including kitchen and meeting supplies) Provide light administrative support to escrow and management teams as needed
