Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to a land lease team in Dallas, Texas. This contract-to-permanent position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized across competing priorities, and communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong coordination skills, sound judgment, and the ability to keep schedules, documentation, and team activities running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and adjust schedules to support changing business priorities.
- Organize conference calls and team meetings, including preparing invitations, materials, and follow-up communication.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the land lease department, ensuring timely handling of documents, correspondence, and records.
- Prepare, review, and maintain export and import documentation with close attention to accuracy and compliance requirements.
- Track action items, deadlines, and departmental requests to help the team stay aligned and responsive.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal partners and external contacts, delivering clear and timely communication.
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation processes to support efficient access to business records. Requirements

- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
- Experience handling administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with export and import documents and related recordkeeping practices.
- Ability to organize and manage conference calls and meeting logistics effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software and general business tools.
