Receptionist /
Administrative Assistant Pay:
$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Location:
Dallas, TX 75237 The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and itineraries. Plan and organize office events, employee celebrations, and team parties. Maintain calendars and track important meetings, appointments, birthdays, and company events. Coordinate administrative tasks and assist with scheduling and office communications. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional. Provide administrative support to managers and office staff. Assist with special projects and other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2+ years of receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or office coordinator experience preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Professional appearance and positive attitude. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Schedule & Compensation:
