We're looking for a friendly, organized Bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! This key role ensures a welcoming experience for our patients and keeps front office operations running smoothly.

Position Details:
Schedule:

7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Primary Duties:

Oversee front office tasks, ensuring patients and families are our top priority

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

Professional, medical, or dental setting with customer service experience preferred

Travel:
Lone Star North and Elgin Key Skills:

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Positive, customer-focused attitude and communication skills

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking

Proficiency with PC programs and adaptability to new software

Willingness to travel between locations as needed
