Job Description

Overview We are looking for a reliable and organized Factory Administrative Assistant to support our daily manufacturing and warehouse operations. This position will handle production paperwork, order processing, shipping/receiving documentation, inventory records, and general administrative tasks. Responsibilities Receive and process customer and internal orders Create and update production work orders and production schedules Prepare BOLs (Bills of Lading), packing lists, and shipping documents Coordinate with production and warehouse teams regarding orders and shipments Assist with receiving incoming materials and products Maintain inventory records and update quantities in the system Track shipments and communicate with carriers when needed Organize and maintain production, shipping, receiving, and inventory documents Assist with general office and administrative tasks at the factory Support management with other operational tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or higher Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or administrative environment preferred Fluent English communication skills Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced factory environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment This position is based at our manufacturing facility. Regular interaction with production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, and management teams. Occasional movement between the office and factory floor may be required.
Schedule:
Full-time, Mon-Fri 9AM-5
PM Location:
Ennis, TX Pay:
$35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
