Role:
The Administrative Specialist V plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of organizational administrative functions at a senior level. This position is responsible for managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating cross-departmental projects, and supporting executive leadership with high-level administrative support. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. The successful candidate will contribute to process improvements and help maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, this position ensures that administrative operations align with the strategic goals of the organization, enabling other teams to focus on their core functions effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or GED, plus three (3) years experience in the field related to the field of this position. Experience with typing, data entry, filing document preparation and telephone communication in an office setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and common office management software.

Lives in the service area
Bilingual in
English and Spanish Responsibilities:
Type's correspondence, reports, forms, and other necessary paperwork for the service coordination department using various programs on the computer. Requires use of written rough draft.
Ability to purchase supplies and equipment for the office, making sure processing of such occurs.
Duplicates and collates materials using the copy and fax machine as required.
Ability to log onto the CARE database system to complete data entry.
File documents in the consumers Authority record.
Acts professionally in association with staff and workers during business hours.
Uses appropriate and friendly speech when answering telephone or in conversation with customers, vendor/suppliers and co-workers.
Answers routine inquiries, gives information, take messages for staff housed at the Wilson Admin. Office.
Be able to weigh mail and use a postage meter.
Be able to work in a team setting.
Have punctuality and regular attendance. Possess tact and initiative.
Be able to prioritize completion of work.
Maintains confidentiality.
