Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our office and events. The Office Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks, including managing rentals, contracts, inventory, and communication efforts. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Rental and Contract Management Oversee ground rentals and RV area contracts, ensuring proper documentation and scheduling. Coordinate ticket machine rentals, including setup, tracking, and client communication. Administrative Support Manage all mailings, including materials for tellers, volunteers, box seats, futurity flyers, and condition books. Record and distribute minutes from meetings, ensuring accurate and timely communication of key information. Answer phones, check messages, and respond to inquiries or redirect calls as needed. Inventory Management Track and manage inventory of beer, wine, soda, and other supplies, ensuring accurate counts and timely restocking. Event and Program Support Conduct and maintain accurate race program counts for events. Assist with scholarship applications, including editing, organizing, and maintaining related documents. Create, order, and distribute passes for events, staff, and volunteers. Support the development, editing, and distribution of the Fair catalog. Other Duties Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office and events.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Temp-to-hire Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
