Overview Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant and become the vital backbone of our organization's daily operations! Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using spreadsheets, word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments to optimize team productivity Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document preparation with precision and efficiency Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring clear and friendly communication Support office management functions by organizing supplies, managing office equipment, and overseeing general administrative duties Assist with client communication and support tasks to foster positive relationships and ensure client satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software; experience with QuickBooks is a plus Excellent computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry, word processing, proofreading, and file management efficiently Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a busy environment Previous experience in front desk operations or personal assistant roles is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your organizational talents make a real difference! Pay:
