Job Description

Position Type:
Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-Hour Lunch) We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Office Coordinator to keep our daily plumbing operations running seamlessly. In this role, you will serve as the central hub of our office—supporting our field technicians, communicating with clients, and handling essential daily administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities Client Communication:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, delivering excellent customer service.
Scheduling & Dispatching:
Efficiently book client appointments and coordinate daily routes for service technicians.
Estimates & Project Tracking:
Follow up on open estimates and track the progress of multi-day plumbing projects from start to finish.
Permitting:
File, track, and manage local municipal permits required for job execution.
Technician Debriefing:
Conduct daily post-job debriefs with plumbing technicians to verify job completion, update service notes, and ensure accurate billing.
Administrative & Payment Processing:
Process customer payments, maintain administrative records, and assist with general office tasks.
Applicant Qualifications & Expectations Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
Reliability & Attendance:
Must have a strong work ethic with standard 5-day on-site availability and reliable transportation.
Self-Motivated & Autonomous:
Ability to work independently without needing to be micromanaged—taking initiative and keeping busy as priorities shift.
Fast-Paced Adaptability:
Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and staying calm under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Communication & Tech Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable using standard software.
Industry Knowledge:
Prior experience in office management, dispatching, or trade operations (plumbing/HVAC/construction) is a plus but not required.
