Provides skilled administrative services for Customer Service and Technology Departments by managing organizational tasks, facilitating effective communication throughout the departments, and assisting with special projects and events. Acts as a liaison between Customer Service/Technology, other GEUS departments, and external organizations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs a variety of administrative responsibilities, frequently confidential or complex in nature, in direct support of management to enhance operating efficiency and/or achieve organizational objectives. 2. Processes payroll, purchase requisitions, monthly p-cards and invoices for payment. 3. Assist in yearly contracts. 4. Assist in maintaining yearly inspections for security alarms, sprinklers, fire extinguisher, air sampling, and alarm permit. 5. Assist in monthly reporting. 6. Assists with issues found on equipment and building needs including planning, scheduling, and assisting with developing appropriate corrective actions. 7. Assist in the development of the departmental budgets. 8. Implements approved budget and monitors expenses to ensure they fall within budget. 9. Develop and maintain a spreadsheet of invoices and procedures processed monthly. 10. Prepare mail and invoices. 11. Operate office equipment including PC, printer, calculator, copier, and fax. 12. Order and maintain office and janitorial supplies. 13. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Incode software a plus. 3. Knowledge of routine office operations. 4. Good typing and computer skills. 5. Able to communicate well and work with minimal supervision. 6. Ability to multi-task on multiple projects.
