The ideal candidate will have experience providing administrative support, managing vendor relationships, handling invoices, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage invoices, and related documentation. Communicate and follow up with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and account inquiries. Provide professional and courteous customer service in both English and Spanish. Manage emails, correspondence, and daily office communications. Maintain accurate records and update information using Excel and other computer systems. Organize and file both physical and electronic documents. Assist with general administrative and shop operations as needed. Support inventory tracking and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service and administrative support. Experience handling invoices, vendor communications, and office documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in an automotive, service, or shop environment. Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
