Acts as a backup point of contact for the President's email, screening, prioritizing, and responding to inquiries as appropriate. Draft, review, and send professional correspondence on behalf of the President and agency. Maintain effective communication channels with clients, foreign labor agencies, and industry partners. Manage calendar appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the President. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations related to foreign labor project and client needs. Maintain organized filing systems for correspondence, contracts, spreadsheets and industry documentation. Assist in ensuring all processes adhere to industry standards and legal compliance requirements. Perform other duties as assigned to support the agency's mission and operational needs.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Strong customer service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations and talent management systems.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED. One-year prior administrative assistant position (preferred).
