Job Summary Location:
14035 Industrial Rd, Houston, TX 77015
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 7:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing communications, and supporting team members with administrative needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate office maintenance and service requests
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and arrangements for staff
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup, catering, and technology needs
  • Maintain calendars and ensure timely reminders for upcoming events
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper) Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and customer service skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
  • Must have a valid TWIC card or be able to obtain a TWIC card upon hire Education High School or GED equivalent
