Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-Time Alternate Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our provider care facility in the Fondren area. This vital role supports the facility's management team by ensuring compliance with health regulations, maintaining high-quality resident care, and fostering a positive environment for residents and staff alike. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in long-term care, combined with leadership skills that inspire teamwork and excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while working in a dynamic, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Steps in during the primary administrator's leave, illness, or absence. Maintains compliance with state home health regulations. Supervises daily operational and administrative functions. Helps manage clinical and office personnel workflows Maintains monthly compliance ( OIG, Background, EMAR, Tulip) Help Clients when an attendant call-off Screens and hires employees Complete and admit clients Others duties as assign Training Mandates Must complete an initial 8-hour pre-survey administrative training course before or near designation. Must finish an additional 16 clock hours of specific topics (fraud prevention, client rights, emergency prep, infection control) within the first 12 months. Must complete ongoing annual continuing education hours to maintain active designation status. Qualification
  • High School Diploma
  • Some college is a Plus
  • Knowledge of EVV a Plus
  • Teachable with workable attitude
  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • Great communication skills
  • Empathy
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office application for report and documents Sechdule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 4pm, 6 hours daily ( 30 to 40 hours weekly) Benefits
