About the
Role:
Universal Rehab in Houston, TX is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Office Staff member to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in a healthcare environment where your contributions make a real difference in patients' lives every day.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Schedule and confirm patient appointments Maintain and update patient records and data entry in office systems Process and organize medical and administrative paperwork and filing Assist with general office duties including supply management and daily operations Recruiting new Clinical staff
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or higher a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare or medical office environment Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred but not required
