Job Description

Job Location in Study Butte, Texas Job Summary The Business Clerk provides administrative, document control, and onboarding support to project teams by managing electronic records, maintaining internal data systems, coordinating meetings, and assisting with Day 1 onboarding activities. Job Description Perform filing of electronic documents produced by clients, pursuit teams, or departments. Maintain internal project data and records. Coordinate and arrange internal meetings and events, including agenda preparation, meeting invitations, room reservations, and setup of facilities and virtual conferencing resources. Assist with Day 1 onboarding activities for field employees. Provide administrative support while ensuring accurate, timely communication and organization across project teams. Skills Required Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional administrative setting; A/E/C industry experience preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to provide examples of administrative projects managed from conception through completion. Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills. Ability to take direction and provide timely updates on task progress. Must have reliable transportation to and from the work location. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred Background in craft recruitment preferred. Previous HR onboarding experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring projects preferred. Education/Training/Certifications High School Diploma or GED required. Additional Requirements Must have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
