Job Title:
Administrative Assistant Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office functions, and providing excellent support to team members. This role requires strong computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle spreadsheets efficiently. An organized approach and a positive attitude are essential to succeed in this position. Duties Prepare, maintain, and update spreadsheets to track data, schedules, or project information. Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office activities. Maintain organized files and records both digitally and physically. Support team members with administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation. Ensure the office environment is well-organized and conducive to productivity. Utilize computer skills to perform various office-related functions efficiently using Microsoft Office applications. Contribute to a positive work atmosphere by demonstrating good disposition and professionalism. Skills Strong proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with office software tools. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working with spreadsheets for data management and analysis. Well-organized with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Good disposition with a professional attitude towards colleagues and clients. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Pay:
$12.00 - $12.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
