The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to office management. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and provide customer support. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Maintain filing systems and organize documents for easy retrieval. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Provide administrative support including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various tasks including typing, creating spreadsheets, and drafting presentations. Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and colleagues. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and assist in various projects as required. Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred. Familiarity with front desk duties and customer service best practices is essential. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in dental or medical receptionist roles is a plus but not mandatory. Personal assistant experience or knowledge of calendar management will be beneficial for this role.
