Serenity Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Front Office Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, provides exceptional customer service, and has a strong understanding of dental office operations. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently multitask, stay organized under pressure, communicate effectively with patients, and work collaboratively with our dental team. Attention to detail and previous dental office experience are essential. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Some Saturdays Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Monthly bonus opportunities (collection-based) Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and positive work environment Occasional team lunches Responsibilities Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service Answer and manage multiple phone lines while maintaining professionalism Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify and review PPO and Medicaid insurance eligibility and benefits. Collect patient payments and discuss financial arrangements Present treatment plans and explain insurance coverage Maintain accurate patient records and update information Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, referrals, and insurance documentation Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient front office Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience required Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning Experience verifying PPO and Medicaid dental insurance benefits Familiarity with dental practice management software (Open Dental experience is a plus) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Professional appearance and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and a team player If you have a passion for patient care and enjoy working in a fast-paced dental office, we'd love to hear from you!
