Job Description

Summary McAllen, TX - The Coordinator, Business Operations provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic. This role supports patient scheduling, provider operations, financial processes, philanthropy activities, procurement, travel coordination, and clinic administration. The coordinator serves as a key liaison between clinical and administrative teams, supporting patient access, provider credentialing, donor relations, special events, and day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining a high level of customer service and organizational effectiveness. This position is located in McAllen, TX. Job Duties Serves as a key administrative resource for clinic leadership and providers, supporting strategic, operational, and patient care initiatives. Manages accounts payable/receivable, deposits, expense tracking, and financial reporting support. Processes charitable gifts, maintain donor records, and support philanthropy reporting and events. Oversees purchasing, procurement, vendor management, inventory, and supply ordering. Supports provider credentialing, licensing, and compliance documentation. Coordinates physician schedules, EPIC updates, call rotations, travel arrangements, and reimbursement processes. Supports patient events, marketing, public relations, fundraising, and community outreach events. Maintains operational procedures, equipment inventories, facilities coordination, and information systems support. This position requires strong organizational, financial, customer service, and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Two years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare Administration Support Experience. Financial Processing experience. Microsoft Excel Proficiency. Background in Procurement Systems, EPIC, and donor/scheduling databases (eg: CRM and QGenda)
