Bilingual Front Office Coordinator (Spanish-Speaking) Children's Dental Ranch
  • New Braunfels Children's Dental Ranch is seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Front Office Coordinator to join our New Braunfels team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, positive experience for our patients and their families while supporting smooth day-to-day front office operations. Schedule Monday
  • Thursday:
    7:30 AM
  • 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Friday:
7:30 AM
  • 12:30 PM About the Role As a key member of the front office team, you will be one of the first points of contact for patients.
Your ability to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish will help ensure every family feels comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit. Responsibilities Welcome patients and families in a friendly, professional manner Assist Spanish-speaking patients with communication and understanding of office processes Manage front office tasks with accuracy and efficiency Help maintain a positive, organized, and patient-focused environment Support additional administrative duties as needed What We're Looking For Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) Warm, approachable, and service-driven personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with children and families Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Team player willing to support overall office needs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in a dental, medical, or customer service environment preferred Skills for Success Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective verbal and written communication Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable using computers and learning new systems What We Offer Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) Short
