What You Will Do:
Provide administrative support to Field Service management and personnel Coordinate customer ticketing, service documentation, and verification of completed work Process and track expenses, invoices, and supporting documentation Receive, review, and respond to routine correspondence following established procedures Develop, compile, and analyze basic information for reports, presentations, and operational reviews Maintain and organize departmental records, files, and databases Support onboarding, training coordination, and documentation management for field personnel Assist with customer communications and ensure timely follow-up on administrative requests Partner with field personnel, management, and other departments to support daily operations Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information Perform special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Four years of administrative support experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently Basic math skills Follow all safety policies and companywide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively Proficiency in utilizing computer technology to create documents, access databases, analyze information, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders Ability to establish priorities and effectively manage assigned work to achieve business objectives Immigration sponsorship not offered for this role

Frequent use of computers, keyboards, and office equipment Typing, data entry, and document preparation Communicating effectively in person, by telephone, and via electronic communication Occasional lifting of office materials and supplies
