FIELD COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist the Sprinkler Superintendent with the management of service sprinkler parts, organizing asset information electronically, and providing the technicians with immediate support of materials needed for the Sprinkler Service Team. Work with vendors and customers to coordinator scheduling of jobs. Maintain an organized parts and material roster for items needed for each job order Coordinate with vendors and customers for scheduling of times, dates, delivery and technician timeframes Update list of current and new needs of material Provide backup support for technician scheduling or adjustments Contact the architect/electrical contractors to capture all bid opportunities General administrative tasks Phone support/rotation at reception area for lunches Assist Superintendent with outbound calls, coordinating of adjustments needed to the team
Knowledge:
High school diploma is required Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Work Experience:
Customer Service experience for sales department or sales administration background
SALESFORCE CRM
experience highly preferred Project coordination or project support experience
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Detail oriented with excellent organization skills Ability to effectively utilize computers and software including Microsoft Office Suite, Computer Ease and other software required by the Company Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records Ability to work in a fast-paced service/construction team environment Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines Physical Requirements 100% Office Setting, including sitting, some bending, walking and viewing Lifting up to 50lbs with support as needed
