Position Summary The U.S. Country Administrator will support a growing team by managing day-to-day administrative and operational support for the U.S. business. This role will serve as the central point of coordination for office administration, employee support, vendors, travel, facilities, documentation, corporate services, and coordination across teams and the global headquarters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a growing data center construction environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the Plano office. Coordinate office facilities, supplies, equipment, access badges, maintenance, and service providers. Manage relationships with office vendors and other administrative service providers. Coordinate meetings, visitors, events, and company activities. Ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally. Coordinate laptops, phones, access cards, office equipment, and other employee requirements, and assist with onboarding new employees. Coordinate company policies, announcements, and employee communications. Coordinate domestic and international business travel arrangements. Manage relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and transportation providers. Support employee expense reporting and coordinate with Finance for timely reimbursement. Coordinate with Finance on administrative invoices, vendor payments, and expense matters as needed. Assist with business licenses, registrations, insurance documentation, and other corporate requirements. Ensure required administrative documentation is maintained and readily available. Coordinate site visits, meetings, travel, and project-related administrative requirements. Support project teams with documentation, logistics, and vendor coordination. Assist with establishing administrative processes as new U.S. projects and offices are developed. Act as a key liaison between the U.S. organization and global headquarters. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, human resources, or related field preferred. 5-8 years of relevant administrative, office management, or business operations experience. Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, infrastructure, energy, or data centers is a plus. Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently. High level of discretion when handling confidential employee and company information. Preferred Experience Experience working with international/global organizations is preferred. Experience with data center, hyperscale, mission-critical, or major infrastructure construction.
