Seasonal Administrative Assistant & Scheduler (Tree Service)
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Temporary / Seasonal (Now through February/March), Full-time, 1099 Contract Job Description ArborDocs, a growing and dedicated tree care company based in Princeton, TX, is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Seasonal Office Administrator to assist our core staff during our busy season. If you are a dependable professional who thrives in a small team environment and has a strong background in dispatching or scheduling, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This is a temporary, seasonal contract role running from now through February. You will provide critical support to our main staff, ensuring our crews are routed efficiently and our clients are well cared for during our peak months. Our hours are 6:30am- 4:30pm. What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Scheduling & Routing (Priority): Take ownership of scheduling, routing, and coordinating our tree care crews for maximum daily efficiency.
Client Communication:
Serve as one point of contact for our valued clients, answering phones and providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Administrative Support:
Manage filing systems and process essential paperwork, including proposals, and work orders.
Daily Operations:
Assist with running company errands as needed and maintain a clean, organized office environment to ensure smooth daily operations. What You'll Bring (Qualifications):
REQUIRED
A minimum of 1 year of scheduling/routing experience. (Candidates without this experience will not be considered).
Required:
A current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from our office.
Required:
Proven reliability, a strong work ethic, and a high level of dependability.
Required:
Comfortable using technology and software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and a willingness to learn industry-specific platforms like Salesforce.
Significant Plus:
Previous office administration or dispatch experience in a tree service, landscaping, or related trade industry.
Preferred:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly valued.
