Cross-Trained Dental Assistant /
Front Office Assistant Location:
Rockwall 75087 We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Cross-Trained Dental Assistant / Front Office Receptionist to join our team. This position combines both clinical and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients while helping keep the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Assist chairside as a second dental assistant during patient procedures, as needed. Turn over treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment. Perform instrument sterilization and infection control procedures. Answer and manage incoming phone calls. Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Welcome and check patients in and out. Obtain signatures on treatment consents and other required forms. Support daily front office operations and provide excellent customer service. Learn additional front office duties and grow within the role as time allows.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years plus of dental assisting
  • Front office or dental reception experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to cross-train and learn new responsibilities.

$18.00
