Job Description

  • Assist with day to day activities within the office
  • Maintain department calendars and schedules
  • Prepare for meetings and arrange any necessary travel
  • Review invoices for proper approval
  • Run and process department reports
  • Track inventory and process supply orders
  • Answer phones
  • File necessary paperwork
  • Assist with coordinating events and completing office errands as needed
  • Responsible for assisting with light loan processing and loan file completion
  • Assist loan officer with any function
  • Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a sitting and/or standing position for extended periods of time
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 25 poundsFNBT is an equal opportunity employer.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 year experience as an administrative assistant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
