ResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors and provide professional, courteous assistance.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and general inquiries.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and office activities.
Maintain organized files, records, documents, and administrative materials.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area.
Assist with data entry and routine documentation.
Coordinate office supplies and help maintain inventory when needed.
Communicate effectively with employees, visitors, clients, and other contacts.
Support daily office operations and assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned.
