Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage administrative tasks, and support daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment while maintaining high productivity levels. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately. Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly stored. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating logistics for office events. Support office management activities by handling supplies inventory, ordering materials as needed, and maintaining office equipment. Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, word processing, preparing correspondence, and managing mail distribution. Experience No Previous office experience required.
