PHC Coordinator
Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.Duties:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer support
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Ensure attendants electronic visit verification codes are verified.
- Ensure client schedules are entered according to authorization.
- Enter all authorizations into vesta.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation ex.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred
- Proficiency in using Vesta, and other office software
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
