Dean's Professional Services is now hiring for qualified Patient Reception Specialist to work in the Brays Oaks area of Houston for a large Healthcare Organization.

Monday - Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm

Starting Pay Rate:

$18.00 / Hourly + (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the front-office point of contact and represent the organization in a professional and courteous manner.

Welcome patients, visitors, clients, and staff and provide exceptional customer service.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, messages, and inquiries.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and administrative activities.

Assist with patient registration, check-in/check-out, referrals, authorizations, and other administrative processes as needed.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, correspondence, and files.

Communicate effectively with patients, providers, leadership, and internal departments.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant or medical office experience preferred.
• Bilingual-English/ Spanish Preferred. Athena experience preferred.
