Job Description

What You'll Do Prepare and organize reports for budget forecasting, volume tracking, overtime, and other operational needs. Manage office correspondence, process invoices, and maintain accurate filing systems. Order equipment and supplies to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain safety handbooks and assist with compliance assurance. Ensure timesheets are accurate and submitted on time. Coordinate employee training schedules and travel arrangements. Serve as a welcoming point of contact at Reception when needed and route calls appropriately. Support facility upkeep and assist with special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in an administrative or office support role.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent attention to detail.
Attributes:
Analytical thinker, proactive problem solver, and effective communicator who can interact confidently with internal teams and external partners. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean abstract. Ability to pass background checks and comply with drug and alcohol policy, including pre-employment D&A testing. Satisfactory professional references. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).
