IDD Office Coordinator- Tyler Andrews Center - 3.4 Tyler, TX Job Details Full-time 7 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description High School Degree, Two years work experience or educational training as a secretary. Prefer training or experience on word processors. Individual provides receptionist, telephone, and other clerical support for staff at Extended Services. This position may require the employee to drive representing the Center and therefore must have current Texas driver's license and meet insurability criteria. Reads and routes incoming mail. Composes and types of routine correspondence and transcription. File's correspondence and other records. Answer's telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls. Schedule's appointments. Greets visitors, ascertains natures of business and conduct visitor to appropriate person. Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter. Full Time - Tyler, TX
