Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented General Office Clerk to support daily administrative operations for a Contract position based in Webster, New York. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling documents, maintaining accurate records, and providing dependable office assistance in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will help keep office workflows organized through strong data entry, file management, and front-desk support skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming paperwork by scanning, indexing, and storing documents so records remain accurate and easy to retrieve.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to support efficient day-to-day office operations.
  • Enter and update information in internal databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative support for back-office activities, helping teams stay on schedule and well organized.
  • Assist with front-desk coverage by greeting visitors, answering basic inquiries, and directing communications appropriately.
  • Review documents for completeness and consistency before routing them to the appropriate department or contact.
  • Support recordkeeping tasks by tracking files, updating statuses, and ensuring information is properly documented.
