Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support within a fast-paced imaging clinic environment. Responsibilities include managing patient scheduling, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting patients and visitors, maintaining and updating medical records, and handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, technologists, and insurance providers to ensure efficient workflow. Process and verify patient insurance information, collect co-pays and balances, and assist with billing and documentation tasks. Prepare correspondence, reports, and forms as needed. Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, copying, data entry, and inventory management. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service. Prior experience in a medical office or imaging center, proficiency with electronic health record systems, and familiarity with medical terminology preferred. Adaptability, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.
