Job Description

Communications Clerk Team Worldwide Corporate Office in Winnsboro, TX is seeking an entry level Communications Clerk to join our evening shift (1pm-10pm, Monday through Friday). The ideal candidate will have the ability to: Thrive in a high-paced and busy environment. Work in a paperless environment. Meet daily deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer service phone calls and respond to questions about existing shipments Monitor shipments in the shipment pickup dashboard Provide updates to branch offices and customers on shipment status and information regarding the shipment Rating/Pricing Data entry On-call duty as trained and assigned Occasional morning or night shifts assigned as necessary to support department needs
Qualifications:
Detail Oriented Excellent communications skills - written and verbal Strong ability to multitask Strong computer skills Complex problem-solving skills Must be willing to work On-call duty as trained and required. Must be willing to work the evening shift from 1pm until 10pm, Monday through Friday.
