Job Description
SUMMARY Directs and manages all functions and activities related to the operation, production and distribution of company products, including inventory, purchasing, receiving, production, quality/testing, maintenance and shipping, at the Winnsboro, TX facility, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manufacturing & Operations Management Develops, implements, and continually improves capacity resource planning and master production scheduling processes with senior management to support demand and achieve strategic growth plans. Works with leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing process plan, including personnel/subcontractor requirements, material specifications, facility layout, tooling and equipment needs. Coordinates manufacturing activities with other organizational functions and suppliers to optimize production efficiency and resource utilization. Ensures operational activities remain on time and within defined budget. Ensures all established cost, quality, and delivery commitments are met. Manages and improves organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain internal operational capacity. Develops and executes project-specific strategic and operational initiatives as assigned by the CEO to reduce costs, improve efficiencies, or support business growth. Detects and prevents production delays through proactive operational management. Quality, Compliance & Systems Management Ensures production tracking, quality control, and maintenance system data inputs are properly managed to generate accurate reports and decision-making insights. Analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and other operational reports to: Measure productivity and goal achievement, Identify areas requiring improvement or cost reduction. Establishes and implements departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures in conjunction with leadership. Plans, develops, and implements facility safety and security programs. Implements and oversees environmental management and sustainability programs, including recycling, conservation, and waste management initiatives. Financial & Budget Management Develops and recommends annual operating budget to management. Manages approved budget to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiencies. Ensures operational performance aligns with budgetary targets. Supports cost control initiatives and capital expenditure planning. Workforce Management & Cross-Functional Coordination Workforce Leadership Performs workforce analysis and planning; makes staffing level recommendations. Determines responsibilities and performance objectives of assigned positions. Conducts timely performance evaluations based on established objectives. Provides recommendations on compensation adjustments and workforce planning in coordination with Corporate HR. Plan and direct daily operations of Customer Service staff. Facility & Asset Management Maintains plant facilities and equipment; recommends or implements necessary replacements or upgrades. Ensures proper utilization and maintenance of plant assets. Cross-Functional & Corporate Coordination Coordinates with Corporate HR, IT, and Engineering functions to ensure effective plant-level execution. Assists with Operations IT initiatives as directed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages one or several subordinate managers and/or supervisors who in turn are responsible for daily supervision of functional areas in Operations, such as Production, Purchasing, Warehouse/Inventory, Maintenance, Administration and Quality Control. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees and effectively resolving concerns/problems. This role requires strong alignment with corporate strategy while maintaining accountability for local operational execution.QUALIFICATIONS

A., or B.S.) from four-year college or university; and at least seven to ten years of related experience and/or training.
