The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our clinic. This position is essential for supporting our medical staff and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care during their primary care visit.

Responsibilities Medical Records Clerk:

Process records request from specialist office or patient request. Send invoice, collect appropriate amount.

Greeting and welcoming guests:

Providing a positive first impression and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Answering phones and managing correspondence:

Handling phone calls, taking messages, and managing emails and other correspondence.

Handling payment processing:

Taking payments from clients or patients.

Scheduling and calendar management:

Managing appointments for multiple providers, meetings, and other events. Requirements Previous experience in a healthcare setting is required, particularly in clinics or hospitals. Familiarity with various medical environments such as Primary Care. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and able to work independently when necessary.
