Job Description

Dewitt Poth & Son is seeking a dependable, friendly, and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously Take customer phone orders accurately and efficiently Assist walk-in customers with a positive, helpful attitude Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy Check and respond to emails in a timely manner Assist with general administrative and office support duties Maintain organized records and files Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Accounting knowledge is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and eager to contribute to a collaborative work environment. Pay:
$7.25 - $20.00 per hour
