Job Description
A private family in Alpine is looking for a discreet, self-directed Household Manager to keep the home running day to day. This is hands-on, full-time weekday work for someone who takes pride in a well-run house and doesn't need to be managed. What you'd do Keep the home presentable daily: tidying, vacuuming, making beds, fluffing pillows, wiping down glass and high-traffic surfaces Daily laundry, dishes, and kitchen reset Cook and prep meals for the family Put groceries away, keep the fridge clean, keep drink fridges stocked Restock household supplies and add items to the online cart as needs come up Get mail, run errands, unpack and put away deliveries Take vehicles to be washed; wipe down and vacuum interiors Yard cleanup and bathing for one dog Routine maintenance: air filters, cleaning the washer and dryer Walk the house regularly to catch anything broken or needing attention Keep the garage organized, handle occasional organizational projects Weeding as needed (lawn service is separate) Who we're looking for Exceptionally private. Discretion about the household and anything you observe is the most important requirement of this job. A confidentiality agreement is required. Professional, not personal. This is a working relationship. We're looking for someone warm and pleasant who understands the home is a private space. Self-directed. You see what needs doing and do it. Consistent. The value here is showing up and holding the same standard every day. Physically able to handle active work: lifting, bending, on your feet. Requirements Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, clean driving record (mileage reimbursed) Comfortable around dogs Able to pass a background check Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement Verifiable references Hours to be discussed.
