ARG works with franchise car dealerships throughout the country and is looking for a full-time administrative assistant to join the team. If you have previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent, we'd like to meet with you. The ideal candidate is responsible, reliable and should have both excellent oral and written communication skills. As well as be able to complete tasks using tools like Microsoft Office. Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant is the first point of contact for companies that want to work with us and ensures an efficient and smooth day-to-day office operation. Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Explain the benefits of company products and services to clients Regular follow-up on sales activities Provide general support to callers and visitors Organize and schedule appointments Plan meetings and take detailed minutes Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Book travel arrangements Other responsibilities as assigned Skills Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High School diploma or equivalent
