You assist the owners in many ways and help to oversee the property which is a gated acre and half. You work Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 4:30 with a half hour lunch. You need to have good computer skills and smart phone skills. Duties include posting ads to social media sites to help owners downsize their belongings and sell them off or donate them. This part of the job is really fun and includes taking pictures of items, organizing the small store in the garage and sales shed. Helping with grocery deliveries, Amazon packages and returns, ordering items on line, recording donations on Deductible Duck and boxing them up, preparing old records for shred, shipping items that sell online, making a sandwich for the owner's lunch, and much more.
