We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable Administrative Assistant Our ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
  • Coordinate all office communications, taking calls, responding to emails, interfacing with clients, organizing client appreciation gifts, etc..
  • Perform various bookkeeping functions including accounts payable & accounts receivable for the firm and clients.
  • Schedule Meetings and appointments
  • Willingness to learn how to assemble and distribute all types of documents
  • Plan and manage corporate events that take place outside the workplace like service projects, staff appreciation events, etc..
  • Managing general office needs, ordering, and maintaining supplies etc..
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payables and receivables.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong computer and technical skills including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with scheduling, phone etiquette and organizing.
  • Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting.
  • Organizational and time management skills are vital
  • Excellent keyboarding and 10-Key skills
