Job Description
As a Project Support Professional at a client site near our Holladay, UT, office, your role is critical to keep our project running and allow our teams to focus on delivery. As part of our client facing, project delivery team, you will join our collaborative team providing our client with engineering documents and reports, project management support, and guidance to other Jacobs staff onsite at the client's location. We are looking for a passionate Senior Project Professional who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo. You will perform various project-related tasks to ensure smooth operations, including assisting internal and external clients, maintaining the office, and responding to tasks related to project management needs and requirements. Your keen ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and tackle challenges will allow you to thrive in our environment. At least 10 years of work experience in a customer-focused and administrative role Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on-site at least 21 hours per week (Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) near Holladay, UT Active National Agency Clearance (CAC) Manage the Master Document List for all program deliverables and ensure configuration integrity across all documentation repositories Utilize SharePoint and internal libraries to manage document workflows, track submissions, and maintain accurate program records Develop and maintain internal work instructions, processes, and division‑level procedures Assist program managers and engineers by editing and quality‑checking documents to ensure contractual compliance Strong communication skills with the ability to brief leadership and interface with customers Proficiency with SharePoint and document workflow tools Strong organizational, scheduling, and multi-tasking abilities Organize and facilitate onsite client meetings Additional requirements: Responsibilities may require physical activity, including some or all the following: Bending, stooping, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing stairs and/or ladders, sitting for long periods, and typing.
