Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office management tasks. This role involves providing support to ensure efficient operation of the office, assisting with clerical duties, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries. Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Ability to call insurance and work with others Provide administrative support, including typing documents, proofreading materials, and managing correspondence. Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing client needs and inquiries promptly. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing clerical duties. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
