Lehi, UT Status:
Part-Time Hours:
Monday - Friday; 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Pay/Salary:
$17.00/hour Summary The Administrative Assistant supports our Technology team, and plays a vital role in supporting the leadership team at MTECH. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and compliance activities, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication throughout MTECH. What You'll Do:
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to: Provide support to various members of the Technology leadership team, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meeting logistics.

Support general office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.

Assist with committee tasks and organizing department projects.

Handle document management duties, including copying, filing, scanning.

Support the completion of paperwork and communications required by State and Federal Agencies.

Assist with special projects and additional tasks as directed by team leadership.
What We're Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Two (2) years of specialized training or an associate's degree is preferred.

At least one (1) year of administrative support experience.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), and Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
