Job Description

The Schriever Law Firm is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Legal Assistant & Front Office Coordinator to join our Lehi office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can manage multiple responsibilities, and is interested in supporting a legal team in a fast-paced office environment. This individual will serve as the primary receptionist for our Lehi office while also providing legal and administrative support to our attorneys and staff. The firm's lead receptionist works from our Spanish Fork office and generally handles incoming calls. This position will assist with calls that are not answered by the lead receptionist and will serve as the primary call taker when the lead receptionist is unavailable. Responsibilities Welcome clients, potential clients, vendors, and other visitors to the Lehi office Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment Answer incoming calls when needed and direct callers to the appropriate team member Provide primary phone coverage when the firm's lead receptionist is unavailable Assist with scheduling, document preparation, filing, scanning, and general correspondence Help maintain electronic and physical client files Support attorneys, paralegals, and other staff with legal and administrative tasks Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and documents Assist with other office and case-related responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, friendly, and dependable Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage competing priorities and follow through on assignments Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, and in person Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software Previous experience in a law firm, professional office, or customer-facing position is preferred but not required About The Schriever Law Firm The Schriever Law Firm is committed to providing our clients with knowledgeable, compassionate, and dependable legal representation. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
